          Once again we will gather with our friends and family on Saturday January 7th 2006 for an evening of fine food and great dancing.

           Because of some situations in the past your Ball committee must post these general rules. If you have a question regarding an issue not listed please call me at 310-534-1510 or email me at [email protected].

Refunds: ACWS must pre-pay for every dinner in advance. If the situation should arise please phone me ASAP. There will be no refunds issued after December 15th 2005. BUT I may have a waiting list and may be able to arrange a sale.

Unit Flags: This is a civilian ball, there are no individual unit flags to be displayed, and the American Flag will be proudly displayed.

Benediction: Your ball committee has never intended to insult any one person's religion. The evening benediction will said as not to offend.

Gentlemen: Please no hat wear (other than religious), sidearms and swords.

** No one will be permitted to enter the ball room prior to 6:00 pm. to "save seats". **

   Please all try to understand that we are all human and sometimes there is a name misspelled. Long name and rank titles do not fit on the limited space we have on the place cards.

Directions:

Take the Long Beach Freeway, 710, the the very end, looking for signs to the Queen Mary. Park in the Queen Mary Parking lot.
