Text Box:
The Washington State Civil War Association.  Memorial Day weekend 2007, the WCWA invited one of our members relatives to join them for his FIRST Civil War event. Allen and Garrett Byrd, brother to Sgt. Beresovoy and Uncle to 1st Sgt. Beresovoy fell in with the Coppens Zouaves under the Command of Lt Jean Paul Bordelon in Spokane, Washington.  In August 2008, both Allen and Garrett Byrd came all the way from Spokane Washington to join us at the Huntington Beach event!  We were pleased to have them and look forward to fight with them and all of the members of the WCWA in the future! Please visit their website for additional information about Civil War reenacting in the Washington area.
Our other sister unit is located in Colorado. The Colorado 1st Louisiana Tigers. They have joined us in at our Las Vegas events. They have a wonderful webpage with some very interesting Tiger history! In 2006 the Colorado boys joined us for the first time in Las Vegas! They were so much fun! Their unit acts the same as our unit; wild and crazy guys! We hope that if you live in the Colorado are that you will contact them to join!
A NEW Tiger unit is being formed in Oregon under the Northwest Civil War Council! We would love for anyone in that area to contact Peter Vrooman for more information! This is a great way for anyone interested in doing a Tiger impression to get in on the ground floor and help build a great 1st Louisiana unit! Please contact them at:
