Gettysburg 2008!

Yes, it's been 5 years since we made a trek out to what some consider the "high water mark" of the Civil War. If anyone is considering or even remotely thinking of attending this event next year as part of the Army of Northern Virginia, please contact either Keith Harriott at keithharriott@hotmail.com or Gary Heine at csa8thalabama@yahoo.com.

We have received word that the organizers of the event are not taking any more individual registrations, only company rosters. Keeping this in mind, Keith needs to get an approximate number of people who are planning to go. Cost for registration prior to Jan 1, 2008, is $15. After that, we haven't heard what the price will be. Keith has blocked some rooms at a brand new hotel not far from the reenactment site. More information will be forth coming in the next ACWS newsletter. If anyone has any questions, please contact either Keith or myself.
